Landlords Safety Certificates are £75 (£63.83

and back-boilers). Thereafter the rate is £18.73 + VAT for
extra appliances including gas fires and back-boilers.
Servicing
3 Star Service costs £79
(£67.24 excluding VAT) - The customer is issued with Service
Certificate (Only recommended on boilers under 5 years, or with
a full Service History)
Full Service costs £153 (£130.22 excluding
VAT) - The customer is issued with a Service Certificate (Recommended
for all boilers over 5 years and without Service History
Home Buyers General Report costs £125 (£106.39
excluding VAT) - This includes a gas safety check and a visual inspection
of your heating system
Home Buyers Full Report costs £285 (£242.56
excluding VAT) - This service is a full report on the heating system
and boiler and any parts needed.

Change of Gas Hob - 1-2 Hours
Change of Gas Cooker - 1 Hour
Typical Boiler Breakdown - 1-3 Hours
Change of Radiator - 1-3 Hours
Any new appliance must now be registered with Corgi, the charge
for this is 8.99
We do not charge the congestion charge, but we do charge parking,
so parking permits works out cheaper.
