Our working hours are from Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 6.30pm
We operate within timeslots: 8-11am; 11-2pm or 2-5pm,and the Engineer or Plumber will always contact you half hour to an hour prior to arrival.

Our hourly rate is £85.00
If you require a first morning visit at 8am then there will be an extra £10 charge. Boiler, Bathroom and Solar Heating Quotations and Estimates are written and non chargeable! For the Quotations we can visit you in the evening- so no need to take time off work during the day. We offer either a Tuesday or Thursday evening appointment between 6 and 8.30pm
Landlords Gas Safety Certificate- £85.00
for the first 2 appliances (excluding gas fires and back-boilers).
Thereafter there is a charge of £24.00 for extra appliances including gas fires and back-boilers.
This safety check is a legal requirement that a landlord has to have in order to rent out their property. It involves checking the safety features of all the gas appliances within the property and does not include any repair work.
General Boiler Service- £89.00
This Service gives the appliance a general inspection and clean out. It is recommended for boilers less than 5 years old or boilers with a full service history and has been serviced within the last 18 months. The customer is issued with a Service Certificate.
Full Boiler Service- £169.00
The boiler is given a full service checking the Burners; Fan; Controls; Thermocouple; Pump and Heat Exchanger. This Service is recommended for all boilers over 5 years old and without Service History. Once this service has been carried out the next service due will only need to be a General Boiler Service. The customer is issued with a Service Certificate.
General Homebuyers Report- £135.00
When buying a new property the heating system and gas appliances is something that most people overlook! A general Homebuyer Report will give you a Gas Safety Check, information on your boiler and heating system, and the location of your stop cock and gas meter. Please note that this is a visual report!
Full Homebuyers Report- £295.00
This Service is a full report on the boiler, the whole heating system and gas appliances listing any maintenance work that may be needed.
Powerflushing- £40 per Radiator
This is the most efficient and effective method of cleansing a central heating system. The principle is to create a powerful fresh water flow under controlled conditions to remove limescale and corrosion debris from the system using special chemicals, cleaners and protectors. Depending on how many radiators the customer has within the property the powerflush can take a couple of hours or anything up to a full day. The cost of chemicals, materials & machine is charged on top.

Boiler Breakdown – 1-3 Hours
We aim to diagnose the problem within the first hour either by fixing the fault if possible or give an estimate should remedial work be needed, but we cannot guarantee that the problem will be fixed during the initial appointment if parts are needed and our suppliers are closed.
Replacing Electrical Controls – 1 Hour
This may include Timers, Programmers and Thermostats etc
Gas Cooker Installation – 1 Hour
Gas Hob Installation – 1-2 Hours
Change of Radiator – 1-3 Hours
Washing Machine Installation – 1 Hour
Dishwasher Installation – 1 Hour
We do not charge for the London Congestion Charge or for the time spent travelling to jobs.
Parking is charged in addition to labour prices shown above, so it is advised, depending on the restrictions within your borough that you have permits available.
Materials are charged in addition to labour prices shown above, and any time spent by the engineer/ plumber picking up materials for the customer is chargeable.
An Invoice will always be produced electronically clearly showing a full description of work carried out, a breakdown of the cost of labour, the materials used and any extras.
Payment must be made in full at the completion of the job. We accept all major forms of payment including Debit card, Credit card, Internet/ Telephone Banking Transfer and Cash Payments. Please note that a 3% surcharge will be applied to all Credit card transactions. Cheques are not accepted.
