At MJC Plumbing we believe very strongly in training and development of our staff
We only employ Tradesmen who have attended a time served Apprenticeship,
and we also have a number of our own apprentices who we put through a
traditional 4 Year Apprenticeship

Our Engineers and Plumbers have all served a full Apprenticeship and hold either
a City & Guilds (advanced certificate) or an NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing, Heating and
Ventilation or in Gas Engineering.
All our gas engineers hold the relevant Gas Safe qualifications and registration
(Previously Corgi).

Plumbers and engineers who work on unvented cylinders hold their Unvented
Certificate (Part G). We also have engineers who have their electrical
qualifications (Part P) and hold an Energy Efficiency qualification (Part L).

In addition to their trade qualifications all engineers and plumbers attend specific
Manufacturer courses on:
*Boilers
*Pumps
*Heating controls
*General plumbing applications

All our office staff are trained in customer service at NVQ Level 3 and some have
progressed onto Diploma Level. We have our own training centre where we
constantly update our skill levels and guide all staff through health and safety,
customer service and any technical training on a regular basis.
